Positive: Clean spacious rooms friendly staff and good location lovely garden area 24 hour person on site cleaners every day and nothing was to much for them

Negative: As was end of season they had problem with the Poole so could not use it so that was a real shame as think it would have been really nice

Positive: Mr Omah, the young manager is excellent and can't.help you enough. Nothing is too much trouble. We loved our little chats in the morning. Tui lost mu wife's case and he rang the airport everyday until it was returned, he's an Angel. The whole staff team.are very friendly, they have huge heart and big smiles. Breakfast is basic but the bread is to die for, so soft and fresh A personal thank you to Omar and his lovely staff.

Negative: There was a bit of refurbishment going on so the bar and restaurant was closed. I'm sure it's going to look great when it's finished. The dirt roads around the area are very dark at night take a good torch.

Positive: Roc heights is a lovely guesthouse located in a very quiet and tranquil neighbourhood not far from the beach, local markets and other amenities. I was really struggling to find a small hotel/ guesthouse around Banjul as the big hotels aren't really for me so I was really happy to come across Roc Heights. Enormous, spotless, very comfortable rooms. Beautiful guesthouse and gardens and good value for money. Staff are lovely and very helpful!

Negative: The breakfast could be improved with some fruit/ a bit more variety.

Positive: We extended our stay because of the quality of this house and because of the staff. Good location, NOT at the beach, but easy to reach by feet. Easy to find, due to enough signs in the streets. Helpful staff, you can ask for any support you need. Rent can be paid in Euro and Dalasi. Good parking in front of the hotel. strong WiFi- up to 8 Mbps.

Negative: The complementary breakfast was okay , could be better
